Three people were hospitalized Saturday when equipment malfunctioned at a Little Tokyo restaurant, a city fire official said.

chon Ramen, 123 S. Onizuka St., Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

Three adults, possibly cooks, suffered minor burns at the restaurant as a result of a butane malfunction, Scott said.
