Funeral services for the late Utako Sameshima, 90-year-old Altadena resident, who passed away on March 25, 2012, were held on Saturday April 7, 2012 at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple in Los Angeles, Calif.
Utako is survived her loving husband, Hitoshi Sameshima; sisters, Yoshiko Okumura and Miyoko Shiroguchi; sisters-in-law, Fumiko Yuge and Fujiko Sameshima; brother-in-law, John Okumura. Utako is also survived by many nieces and nephews both here and in Japan.
