SAN FRANCISCO — On Saturday, May 26, from 11:30 to 1 p.m., District 5 Supervisor Christine Olague will meet with her constituents at YakiniQ Café, 1640 Post St. (between Buchanan and Laguna).

No appointment is needed. Everyone is invited to stop by and share ideas, concerns and issues about what is happening in Japantown, including how to bring more visitors to the neighborhood.

Olague was appointed by Mayor Ed Lee to replace Ross Mirkarimi, who represented District 5 for almost two terms before being elected sheriff last year. She previously served on the city’s Planning Commission.
