Private funeral service for the late Gayle Dobashi Yonai, 62-year-old Los Angeles-born resident of Montebello who passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 17, was held on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at St. Francis Xavier Chapel in Los Angeles with Father Richard Hoynes officiating.
She is survived by her loving family: husband, Randy Yonai; sons, Dr. Derek (Amy) and Ryan (Maria) Yonai; grandchild, Kaori Yonai; brother, Mark (Michi) Dobashi; sister, Liz (Wade) Kato; also survived by nieces, nephew and other relatives.
