Funeral service for Mildred Chizuye Takemoto, 94-year-old resident of N. Hollywood who passed away on Aug. 27, 2012 at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, will be held on Fri., Sept. 14, from 10:30 a.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles.
She is survived by her daughter, Jane (Roy) Asahi; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
