A public memorial gathering for the late Mr. Charles Toshio Miyamoto, will be held on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 2 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” 707 E. Temple St. Los Angeles, CA 90012. In lieu of flowers, the Miyamoto family respectfully requests that donations instead be made to City of Hope (866) 683-4673 in memory of Mr. Charles Toshio Miyamoto.
Charles was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who had a love of fishing and a lifelong passion for golf. Born on July 3, 1917, Charles passed away peacefully on Oct. 18, 2012. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Kuniko. He is survived by his sons Lindsay (Phoebe) and Alan Miyamoto; daughters Lois (Tymme) Lieu and Susan (Alex) Low; sister, Alice (Jimmy) Aoki, and 6 grandchildren. Also survived by many other family members.
