Tazuko Grace Okamoto, age 91, born and resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on Oct. 5, 2012.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Tsuyoshi Okamoto; her brother, Hisaya Hasegawa; nieces, Kayoko Inohara, Chiemi (Bob) Watanabe; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Toshio (Teruko) Okamoto and Haruko (Yaichi) Miyamoto, both of Japan; many nieces, nephews and other relatives in Japan.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Oct. 19, from 11 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary Chapel, 707 E. Temple St. Los Angeles, CA 90012 with Rev. Shumyo Kojima of Zenshuji Soto Mission Officiating.
