Each year, NSU puts on a show showcasing Japanese American culture and current issues facing the community. This year’s theme, “Mosaic,” celebrates the diverse appeal and composition of the community.

The program includes a Kasou Taishou (short skits by amateur groups or solo artists), NiCE (Nikkei Choral ensemble), NSU Yosakoi (dance), and comedy (manzai and stand-up), plus a guest performance by Cal Raijin Taiko.

Tickets are $7 in advance, $10 at the door. For more information, call (510) 642-6000 or email jana_hopkins_88@berkeley.edu.

NSU serves to organize both social and community service activities while promoting interaction and communication between students of Japanese ancestry, students interested in Japanese American culture, the UC Berkeley campus, and its surrounding communities.
