Mrs. Elaine Emiko Melin, 64, passed away peacefully on Dec. 10, at City of Hope Medical Center.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ron Melin; sister, Ruby D’Orsi of Chula Vista; nieces, Linda Beddows and Donna D’Orsi both of Chula Vista and nephew, Bobby D’Orsi of Pennsylvania.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 27, at 11 a.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Los Angeles Buddhist Coordinating Council.
