Midori Takeuchi, age 87, born and resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012. She is predeceased by beloved husband, Bill Kazuyoshi Takeuchi; son, Jon Chikara Takeuchi; her parents, Jusaburo (Nobu) Suzuki; and brother, Henry Suzuki; survived by her beloved sister, Toshiko Yamada of Japan; and also survived by sister-in-law, Tayeko (Taeshi) Takeuchi of Elk Grove, and many nieces, nephews and relatives here and in Japan.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 from 1 p.m. at Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St. Los Angeles, CA 90012
