Masaharu Egawa, 70, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2013 in Placentia, CA. He leaves his loving wife, Yoko; daughter, Melinda, Nagoya, Japan; a sister, Michie Kimura, Bakersfield, CA; brother, George and his wife Lily Tang, Fresno, CA; 3 nieces; 2 nephews; a grandnephew; cousins; and many relatives in Japan.
Mas was born in Shizuoka, Japan and raised in Stanton, CA. He was a buyer for Gemco Stores and Alltrade Tools. A celebration of Mas’ life was held at his church, Anaheim Free Methodist Church, on Feb. 9, 2013.
