Tesshu Yamashita, age 71, born in Los Angeles, resident of Gardena, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013. He is predeceased by beloved parents, Bishop Kenko (Sizue) Yamashita, survived by his beloved sisters, Reiko Yamashita and Hiromi Yamashita, and survived by other relatives In Japan.
Private service was held on Thu., Jan. 31, 2013 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” with ministers of Sotoshu Ryodaihonzan Hokubei Betsuin Zenshuji officiating.
