• “Navigating the Rough Waters of Caregiving” with Donna Benton, Ph.D., director of the Los Angeles Caregiver Resource Center. Are you over whelmed with caregiving tasks? Are you considering getting some help, but don’t know where to look? Learn what private and public resources are available for caregivers like you.

• “Social Caregiving” with David S. Williams III, CEO of InvolveCare. Learn how to reduce stress, isolation, and guilt by creating an environment where loved ones can pitch in and share the rewards and responsibilities of caregiving.

• “How I Discovered My Strengths Through Caregiving” (panel discussion). Caregiving, while challenging, can be a gratifying opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Hear from other caregivers about the valuable strengths and skills they gained from their caregiving experiences.
