Funeral service for the late Mrs. Noriko Izumihara, a 62-year-old, San Francisco, Calif.-born Kibei Nisei resident of Cerritos who passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2013, will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013, 11 a.m., at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim, CA 92804, officiated by Rev. Alan Sakamoto. The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted and casual attire for the service.
Predeceased by her father, Bishop Seimoku Kosaka of Japan. Mrs. Izumihara is survived by her husband, Donald Yukio Izumihara; children, Kyle Tetsuo Izumihara of California, Nora Tsuneko Izumihara of North Carolina and Kay Akiko Izumihara of New York; grandchild, Zachery Ty Kost of Pennsylvania; mother, Kimiko Kosaka; and brother. Rev. Seishin (Tomoko) Kosaka. Also survived by many other relatives both here and in Japan.
