The Actors’ Equity Western Region EEO Committee presents “An Actor’s Life for Me! Celebrating Asian Pacific Americans in Theatre,” an evening of entertainment and discussion by and with Asian Pacific Americans working in union theater, on Monday, June 17, at Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, 6000 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles.

The event will include a panel discussion on diversity and casting, covering historical perspectives and current issues of APAs in theater.

In addition, there will be a selection of performances from both mainstream and APA-focused shows.

The evening will conclude with a Q&A session with panelists.

Performers include Deborah S Craig, Michelle Krusiec, and Blake Kushi.

Panelists include Parvesh Cheena, Jodi Long, Tzi Ma, Jeanne Sakata, Tamlyn Tomita, and Greg Watanabe.

Panel moderators: Jennifer Chang and West Liang.

There is a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. with refreshments.

Attendance is open to all. Parking is free on-site.
