SAN JOSE — A town hall meeting on disaster preparedness will be held on Tuesday, July 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yu-Ai Kai, 588 N. 4th St. (near Jackson) in San Jose Japantown.

After devastating events like the Tohoku earthquake/tsunami, it is evident that being prepared ahead of time for a disaster is imperative in keeping the community safe and able to act.
