Hiroshima's 2013 Concert Tour

Los Angeles-based Hiroshima is working on a new CD and preparing for a national tour.

The band — Dan Kuramoto, June Kuramoto, Danny Yamamoto, Kimo Cornwell, Dean Cortez and Shoji Kameda — had a short but successful East Coast tour in April and will be traveling to Georgia, Wisconsin, Colorado, Nevada and back to California over the next few months.

Hiroshima will be playing songs from its most recent CD, “Departure,” as well as the upcoming “J-Town Beat,” which is expected to be available in September. Tracks on the new CD include “Meiji Mambo,” “State of Mind,” “Red Buddha” and “Lady of Mystery.”
