Funeral service for the late Rev. Teruo Ted Takemoto, 86-year-old, Stockton, Calif.-born resident of Long Beach, who passed away peacefully on June 30 at his residence, will be held on Friday, July 5, 7:30 p.m. at Tenrikyo Mission Headquarters in America, 2727 E. First St., L.A.
He is survived by his children, Eddie, Glenn and Gary Takemoto, and Tina (Ken) Bone; grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Ricky and Bryce Takemoto, and Jneil and Kaitlyn Bone; brother, Frank (Katsuko) Takemoto; nieces and nephews, Karen (Brad) Kouno, Tom Takemoto, Victor Seiji (Masako), Sandra, Richard Fukuhara, Akiye (Mike) Vaughn, Larry and Tracy (Joann) Fukuhara; he is also survived by many grandnieces, grandnephews and other relatives.
