TORRANCE — Kristin Sakaguchi, a research analyst at Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles, will discuss the latest findings on Japanese Americans in Los Angeles County on Friday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m. at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance.

The meeting is sponsored by the Greater L.A. Singles chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League.
Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles is a legal services and civil rights organization serving Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (NHPI) communities.
Sakaguchi is currently working on a demographic profile on Los Angeles County, which includes social and economic data on Asian American and NHPI ethnic groups. A recent graduate of Syracuse University, she will share some of the report’s findings (scheduled to be published in September) and data specific to Japanese Americans.
