A private funeral service for Mike Katsumi Kusaba, 85-year-old, Los Angeles-born Nisei, veteran of WWII, who passed away on Aug. 14, 2013 in Culver City, was held on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013 at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
