Arthur H. Tsutsui, orthodontist, 78, beloved husband of Jean Tsutsui, passed away on October 14 in Northridge. He is survived by his wife and sons Allan, Duane, and Neil, their wives Karin, Dawn, and Kelly, and grandchildren Sean, Meme, Megan, Myles, Maddox, Ocean, and Reef. He is also survived by brothers Herbert (Reiko) Tsutsui and Dr. Fred (Peggy) Tsutsui, and nephews and nieces.
Funeral service is set for Saturday, October 19, at San Fernando Valley Holiness Church at 11a.m. Casual attire and no flowers, please.
