Margaret Kimiko Sakaniwa, age 88, Long Beach-born, resident of Santa Monica, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 20, 2013. She is survived by beloved husband, Tanomo Sakaniwa; grandson, Mark Sakaniwa; and many siblings and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Private memorial services were held on Thursday, Oct. 3, at Fukui Mortuary Chapel in the Garden with Rev. Clifford Ishigaki officiating.
