SAN JOSE — The Japanese American Museum of San Jose will hold its annual Winter Boutique, offering a variety of one-of-a-kind items for holiday shoppers, on Saturday, Nov. 9, at San Jose Buddhist Church’s gymnasium, 640 N. 5th St. (near Jackson), San Jose.
JAMsj members will be admitted at 9 a.m., and the general public at 10 a.m. The boutique closes at 4 p.m.
The boutique is known for such items as Japanese-style collages, clothing and accessories made from vintage Japanese kimono, hand-crafted jewelry, Japanese folk dolls, washi crafts, stationery, hand-dyed silk scarves, and many more specialty gifts.
