Funeral service for Kazume Oda Washizaki, 89, Brawley-born Nisei, resident of West Covina, who passed away on Nov. 8 at the Citrus Valley Hospice, will be held on Friday, Nov. 15, 12:30 p.m. at the Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 East Third Street, Los Angeles, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
She is survived by her son, Alan (Flo) Washizaki; daughter, Joyce (James Conway) Washizaki; grandchildren, Loren, Kristy, K.C. and Logan; brother, Frank (Barbara) Oda; sister-in-law, Mary Oda; brother-in-law, Yo Oshiki; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
