The Japanese American National Museum’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) is partnering with Far Bar and the Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) for a Happy Hour Toy Drive on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m. at Far Bar, 347 E. First St. in Little Tokyo.

The event will benefit underprivileged youth living in housing managed by LTSC. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring gifts for a child in need (infant to 18 years old).

In exchange for your goodwill and holiday spirit, YPN will provide plenty of food and Far Bar will extend Happy Hour prices for participants only until 9 p.m.

The YPN furthers the mission of JANM through philanthropic and social activities by connecting people in their 20s, 30s and 40s with a diverse and professional network that supports the growth of the Japanese American community. It provides young professionals with opportunities for community-building, volunteering, fundraising, outreach and engagement.

The YPN is governed by the museum’s New Leadership Advisory Council (NLAC).
