Mrs. Kathy Shishima, 51, Los Angeles-born native, resident of Montebello, passed away on Dec. 30, 2013. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles. The family requests those attending come in aloha attire.
She is survived by her loving family: husband, Ronnie Shishima; daughters, Skye and Alex Shishima; and son, Trey Shishima. She is predeceased by her father, Tom Nogawa, and survived by her mother, Emiko Nogawa; brother, John (Gayla) Nogawa; sister, Jeanne (Ken) Nagao; father and mother-in-law, Tak (Edith) Shishima; brother-in-law, Eric (Charlene) Shishima; sisters-in-law, Stacy (Randy Mariano) Shishima and Lynne Gerber; as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
