The Los Angeles Clippers, in conjunction with the Nisei Week Foundation, invite everyone to join them for the Clippers’ annual Japanese American Community Night, to be held Sunday night, March 16, at the Staples Center.

The team’s opponent for the evening will be the Cleveland Cavaliers.

This event offers great entertainment and opportunities to showcase Japanese American traditions and pride.

Prior to the game, come meet and greet the 2013 Nisei Week Queen & Court in the Staples Center concourse. At halftime, several community representatives will be introduced, followed by a special performance from Daion Taiko of Orange County.

Special limited discounted tickets are available for the community, and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, or by calling Charlie Arviso at (213) 742-7544.

More details will be announced as the date nears. For more information about Japanese American Community Night, contact John “JT” Tamaki at jctamaki@aol.com.

Hope to see you there and go Clippers!
