Mr. Kiyoshi Ginoza, 90, U.S. Army veteran of WWII, and a member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, resident of Monterey Park, passed away peacefully on Jan. 28, at his residence.
He is survived by his loving family: brothers, Kazunobu Washin (Mikuni), Harry, Thomas and Peter Ginoza; sisters, Shizue Arita, Margie and Kathryn Ginoza; and many nieces and nephews.
Private family memorial services were held on Thursday, Feb. 6, at Rose Hills Memorial Park, with Rev. Cory Ishida of Evergreen Baptist Church of San Gabriel Valley officiating.
