Funeral service for Mickey Isao Mikuriya, 90-year-old, Oxnard-born resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on Feb. 9, 2014, will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 10:30 a.m. at Montebello Plymouth Congregational Church, 144 S. Greenwood Ave., Montebello.
He is survived by his wife, Kay K. Mikuriya; sons, Randy (Wendy) and Kelvin (Lee) Mikuriya; grandson, Grant Mikuriya; daughter-in-law, Michiko Mikuriya; sisters, Hideko Tateoka and Chieko Sumida; many nieces, nephews; his friends at the JJ’s donut shop; and other relatives here and in Hawaii and East Coast.
