linsanity for web2The documentary “Linsanity” will be screened on Saturday, April 26, at 2 p.m. at the Japanese American National Museum, 100 N. Central Ave. in Little Tokyo.

The film chronicles the career of Asian American basketball star Jeremy Lin, who came from a humble background, was a state high school champion as well as a coveted player in Harvard’s All-Ivy League team, yet was not drafted by the NBA. “Linsanity” delves into the story of his childhood, overcoming discouragements and racism, his faith, and his rise in the NBA.
