The choral group L.A. Daiku will be joined by the San Francisco Forest Choir for “Spring Blossoms of Choral Music” at Union Church in Little Tokyo.
Conducting will be Jeffrey Bernstein of L.A. Daiku and San Francisco Forests’s Ruriko Miura for pieces including “Fukushima Requiem” and “Hisakata No.”
The program will also feature several Japanese and Israeli selections, and much more.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for the 5 p.m. concert on Saturday, May 3. Union Church is located at 401 E. Third Street at San Pedro Street.
