Born Mito Japan, Chiharu “Nishi” Nishikawa of Sun Valley Calif., passed away on Aug. 10 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Chizuko “JJ” Nishikawa, and daughters, Lisa Nishikawa, Marina (Steven) Shojinaga. A private viewing was held on August 15th at Fukui Mortuary.
He worked as an electronics engineer, both here in the U.S. (Morse/Morley/Rivera/Harman Kardon) and in Japan (Toho Denki). He enjoyed photography and was a member of the US101 Photo Club.
