NAPA — Kenzo Estate, a Napa winery and vineyard, issued the following statement on Wednesday:
“We want to thank everyone who has been reaching out to us after the devastating earthquake that hit Napa early Sunday morning. Kenzo Estate was very fortunate that we escaped any damage at our winery.
“However, many members of our community have suffered great losses, and our thoughts and prayers are with everyone throughout Napa as the clean-up continues.”
Opened in May 2010 by video game pioneer Kenzo Tsujimoto, and 20 years in the making, Kenzo Estate features wines by acclaimed winemaker Heidi Barrett and food pairings by Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, all in a majestic 4,000-acre setting on Mt. George.
