A welcome luncheon in honor of newly arrived Consul General Harry H. Horinouchi will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 11 a.m. in the Garden Room of the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center, 244 S. San Pedro St. in Little Tokyo.
Since his arrival, Horinouchi and his wife, Sabine, have already participated in Nisei Week and other community functions.
