With sadness we announce the passing of Hiromi “Ann” Yamasaki on Aug. 31, 2014 at the age of 88 years old; beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. Born September 13, 1925 to Iwajiro and Yoshiye Tsuji, Ann was the fourth of 6 children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Hiroshi. She is survived by son, Ron (Annie) Yamasaki; daughter, Gay (Norman) Kato; son, Robert (Barbara) Yamasaki; grandchildren, Shel (Lori) Nakayama, Faith Kato, Tyler (Grace) Yamasaki, Wendy Kato, Jocelyn Yamasaki, Warren Kato, Sarah Yamasaki and Rhys Yamasaki; along with her sisters, Mari Nitake and Diane (Jerry) Giambeluca. Funeral services will be on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2014 at 3 p.m. in Green Hills Memorial Chapel.
