Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Nami Takata, 101-year-old, Kagoshima, Japan-born resident of Lomita who passed away on August 31, will be held on Monday, September 8, 11:00 a.m. at Green Hills Memorial Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., R.P.V., California.
She is survived by sons, Tooru (Kuniko) and Jim (Reiko)Takata; daughters, Aiko Tamada and Fusako Ohara; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Hirokichi Maehara; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
