The Rock ‘n’ Roll Los Angeles Halloween Half Marathon and 5K will be held on Sunday, Oct. 26, at 7 a.m.
The start line is at L.A. LIVE, South Figueroa Street and West 12th Street; finish line is at L.A. LIVE, South Flower Street and West Olympic Boulevard.
Part of Little Tokyo will be subject to traffic/parking restrictions. The half-marathon course includes Third Street between Flower and Central, and Central Avenue between Third and Sixth streets. There will be a water/energy station and restrooms and Third and Central.
The race course has not changed since last year, but drivers are still encouraged to adjust travel time within and around the race course
The half-marathon will bring approximately 15,000 runners and walkers to Los Angeles, in addition to thousands of spectators, family and friends. To get the most out of your weekend and minimize stress, be aware of the road closures in your area and plan ahead for an alternate route or added travel time.
Local residents are encouraged to visit the free Health & Fitness Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center (Friday, Oct. 24, from 1:30 to 6 p.m.; Saturday, Oct. 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.), volunteer during race weekend and/or line the course to cheer runners.
Runners can register at the Health & Fitness Expo. Online registration is closed, and there is no registration on race day.
