A Celebration of Life Service for the late Mrs. Miyoko “Miyo” Fujikawa, a 94-year-old Reedley, Calif.-born Nisei, longtime resident of Gardena, who passed away in Oakland, Calif. on Aug. 9, 2014, will be held on Nov. 8, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th St., Gardena.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 62 years, John Misuo Fujikawa. She is survived by her sons, Bruce, Mark (Georgia), Kirk (Karen) and Scott (Betty) Fujikawa. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives.
