Mrs. Ethel Sachiyo Hirohama, 79, Hawaii-born resident of Gardena, passed away on Jan. 31, 2015. She is survived by daughters Nathlyn, Afton (Michael) Kobayashi; brother Thomas (Gloria) Shimizu; and other relatives. Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 14, 11:30 a.m. at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena. Family requests flowers please be omitted.
