- Chronic Disease Self-Management Program. Live a happier, healthier life while managing chronic health conditions in this six-week course.
Six Wednesdays, April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27, June 3, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Gardena Valley Japanese Cultural Institute, 1964 W. 162nd St., Gardena.
- Diabetes Self-Management Program. This is a diabetes version of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.
Six Tuesdays, April 7, April 14, April 21, April 28, May 5, May 12, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at West Los Angeles United Methodist Church, 1913 Purdue Ave., Los Angeles.
