Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Yoriko Morimoto, age 82, Lomita, Calif.-born resident of Monterey Park, who peacefully passed away on June 27, 2015, were held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” with Pastor Kevin Doi of Epic Church of Fullerton officiating.
Yoriko was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kazuo “Lefty” Morimoto; and is survived by her children, Michael (Frances), Kathi (David Lee), Randall (Sherry), Glenn (Kim) and Stacy (Patrick Eng); twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; her sisters, Ikiko Toyofuku, Mariko Ishimaru and Rikiko (Ronald) Matsubara; her sister-in-law, Bonnie Nii; and many nieces and nephews.
