Dennis Noboru Maruki, a U.S. Army 1st Cavalry Airmobile veteran of the Vietnam War and long time resident of Walnut, CA, passed away on Aug. 28, 2015. Dennis was born on Feb. 23, 1944 at the Rohwer, Arkansas Relocation Camp during WWII.
Beloved husband of Aileen (Tanikawa); devoted father of Clint Maruki and Tricia (Eduardo) Espinoza. Also survived by James Maruki, Akemi Maruki and two sisters, and other relatives.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Baptist Church of Los Angeles, 1255 San Gabriel Boulevard, Rosemead. Interment on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Forest Lawn, 1712 S Glendale Ave., Glendale.
