The family of Grace Asano Nakamura and the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Los Angeles Division are asking for the public’s help in locating her.
On Oct. 21, around 4:30 p.m., Nakamura was last seen by her family in the 1700 block of Sawtelle Boulevard, in the West Los Angeles Area. She suffers from dementia and her family is extremely concerned that she has not been located.
Nakamura is described as an 81-year-old female Asian with gray hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet tall and weighs around 80 pounds.
