The Rafu Shimpo, located on the ground floor of the Neptune Building, Third and Alameda in Los Angeles, is open during construction. Access to The Rafu’s office has been moved temporarily to a side door on Alameda Street. The four-story Neptune Building was purchased in July 2013 by the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions (LAFPP). The headquarters for LAFPP will occupy the upper floors and the building is currently being renovated ahead of their planned move. We apologize for the inconvenience.
