Alumni of the Rising Stars Youth Leadership Program hosted a pumpkin-carving event on Oct. 26 at the Rissho Kosei-Kai Buddhist Church for members of the JSPACC (Japanese Speaking Parents Association of Children with Challenges).
This marks the sixth year the alumni have volunteered their time and skills to host a special day to help the children carve their pumpkins for Halloween. The Rising Stars alumni host several programs for the children throughout the year.
