Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Gain confidence and learn to take better care of yourself in this six-week course, which will be held on six Tuesdays, Feb. 16 and 23, March 1, 8, 15 and 22, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Gardena Valley Japanese Cultural Institute, 1964 W. 162nd St., Gardena.

The course is already under way at Los Angeles Holiness Church, 3660 S. Gramercy Pl., Los Angeles, on Sundays, Feb. 14, 21 and 28 and March 6 and 13 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
