Funeral service for the late Shizuko Shiraishi, 91-year-old, Kingsburg, Calif.-born resident of Granada Hills, who passed away on Feb. 15, 2016, will be held on Friday, March 11, 3 p.m. at San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 9450 Remick Ave., Pacoima.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Sandra (Gary) Yamamoto; sisters, Tayeko Umeda, Tamiko Takagi and Hiroko Takahashi; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family requests no flowers.
