By GENIE NAKANO
the train lost speed
and just plain stopped
no brakes needed
natural as the green grass
on the other side of the fence
the cow
jumped over a cheesy moon
spilled milk everywhere
lunatics
started dodging silver bullets
deep in the forest
things settle into a snooze
while cities blare
a new kind of music
you’ve got to hear it…
no, I can’t explain
nor dance it either
you just have to be here
feel the new formed rhythm
with a universal beat
can’t stream or dream it
has to be in real time
right now, right now
step right up…
and let a new world sing
clickity clack
the train picks up the beat
just like that
the train
is back on track
