Tanaka’s new documentary, “Rebel with a Cause: The Life of Aiko Herzig Yoshinaga,” had its world premiere during the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival on April 24 at the Downtown Independent and April 26 at the Japanese American National Museum. Yoshinaga’s son-in-law, Warren Furutani, also attended the screening.
