A private family service was held for the late Elsa Etsuko Okuda, 98-year-old, Livingston, Calif.-born resident of Westminster, who passed away peacefully on April 16, 2017.
She is survived by her daughters, Helen Okuda, Faye (Don) Oelrich, and Sue (Robert) Okuda-Stewart; grandchildren, Crystal (Jairo) Ramirez and Trevor (Linda) Oelrich; great-granddaughter, Sofia Sachiko Ramirez; sisters, Lois Toyama and Shinobi Matsuno; sisters-in-law, Helen Otow and Lorina Kawamura; brother-in-law, Taro Asami; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
